Returns and Refunds

Received the Wrong Product?

If you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately after receiving your order. We recommend filling out our Contact Form so everything is tracked in our system. You can also call us at 800-996-8168 Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm PST. We'll get it taken care of ASAP.


All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Returns made after 15 days may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Original shipping and charges are strictly non-refundable, this includes orders which qualified for free shipping.

No returns will be accepted on opened, installed, or used products.

Wheels need to be thoroughly inspected prior to mounting a tire. Once a tire is mounted on a wheel the wheel is unable to be returned. Manufacturer's warranty on wheels also state any defects must be discovered before tires are mounted on wheels.

Refunds are only made if your request for RMA is received within 7 days of receiving the item(s). After 7 days refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.

An RMA number is required for all returns. Fill out our Contact Form with the details of the items you wish to return, and a representative will contact you.


RMA's processed within 7 days of receiving the item(s) will be issued a refund, minus any shipping charges, and a credit will be applied to the original form of payment.

RMA's issued after 7 days of receiving the item(s), but before 30 days of receiving the item(s) will be issued a refund, minus any shipping charges, in the form of store credit, which can be used toward future purchases and applied to your order during checkout.

Refunds will be applied after we receive the items(s) and inspect them to ensure they are in new, unused condition.

We do not offer refunds for original shipping charges, or shipping costs incurred by the customer when shipping item(s) back.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Gift certificates purchased from Slickrock Gear are only redeemable at

Manufacturer Warranty

Most of our products are covered by Manufacturer’s Warranty and/or Guarantee, which covers the item(s) for a certain period of time after your purchase. We will try to assist you with a Manufacturer Warranty Claim, but it ultimately is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Manufacturer Warranty claims should NOT be mailed to Slickrock Gear. Manufacturer Warranty claims should be coordinated with the manufacturer and mailed to them directly.
